I take your information as seriously as I take the cards I make with it in mind — carefully, and only for what it's actually needed for.

What I collect
When you sign up for emails, place an order, or reach out through my site, I collect things like your name, email address, and shipping address if you're ordering something. That's it — I don't collect more than I need.

Why I collect it
  • To send you updates about new designs and seasonal specials, if you've signed up for that
  • To process and ship your order
  • To answer questions or follow up on custom commissions

Who it's shared with
I use a small number of trusted services to actually run this business — a payment processor to handle transactions securely, Canada Post to get your order to you, and MailerLite to send emails. None of them get more information than they need to do their specific job, and I don't sell or trade your information to anyone, ever.

Your control over it
Every email I send has an unsubscribe link, and it works — no hoops, no guilt trip. If you'd like to know what information I have on file, or want it deleted, reach out through my Contact page and I'll take care of it.

How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as it's useful for the reasons above, or as long as I'm required to for tax and business records.

Questions
If anything here isn't clear, or you just want to ask me directly, get in touch — I answer these myself.
