Shipping Within Canada
Please allow at least one week within Canada to receive your parcel.
All envelopes that weigh 500 grams or less will be shipped with a flat rate of $5.
Anything weighing over 500 grams is considered a package and will be shipped using actually shipping charges by weight.

Shipping Outside of Canada
Shipping to the United States: 
Please allow at least two weeks to receive your parcel.
All envelopes that weigh 500 grams or less will be shipped with a flat rate of $10.
Anything weighing over 500 grams is considered a package and will be shipped using actual shipping charges by weight.

Shipping to the Rest of the World:
Please allow at least four weeks to receive your parcel.
Actually shipping charges will apply to all envelopes and packages. 

Refunds and Returns:
All parcels are packed with care.
Once the parcel is in the mail, I have no control over the condition of the package during  transit. 
Refunds will be accepted but you must pay the cost to ship the item back, in the same condition that you received it in.
Returns will be granted once the item being returned is received.
