Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless local delivery is selected.

Processing Times
  • Off-the-shelf items: Orders are shipped within 2 business days once payment has been received.
  • Custom Commissions: Production can take up to 2 weeks depending on size and complexity. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of completion and final payment.

Local Calgary Delivery & Pick-up
  • Eligibility: Local Sunday delivery is strictly available for orders of $60 or more.
  • Delivery Rates: $5 flat fee for orders of $60 or more.
  • Sunday Delivery: Weekly on Sundays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight to qualify for the upcoming Sunday delivery.
  • Delivery Policy: If you are not home, your package will be left in a safe location on your property. We are not responsible for packages after they have been dropped off.
  • Local Pick-up: Free pick-up is available in Huntington Hills, NW Calgary. Select "Local Pick-up" at checkout, and you will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready.

Shipping Costs Within Canada
For orders under $60, or for customers outside of our Calgary delivery zone, the following Canada Post rates apply:
  • Orders 1 lb or less: $5 flat rate (untracked to keep costs affordable).
  • Orders over 1 lb: $20 flat rate (includes tracking).

International Shipping
At this time, shipping and delivery are only available within Canada.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Off-the-shelf items: Returns are accepted within [14/30] days of receipt. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Custom or personalized items: Due to the custom nature of these pieces, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
